On the morning of May 30, 2024, the Franchise Seminar organized by Sinosmart Business Intermediary was successfully held at Killara Hotel & Suites. The seminar was hosted by Barton Cha, the founder of Sinosmart Business Intermediary. He introduced the basic concepts of business franchising and provided an overview of business franchising in Australia. Drawing on years of experience in business transactions, he analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of business franchising from the perspectives of both the franchisor and the franchisee.
Next, Shun Cheng, a lawyer from Guantao & CS Lawyers, and Thomas Wang, an accountant from Leading Accountant Business Advisor, shared their insights from legal and financial perspectives respectively. They discussed the factors and considerations involved in franchising to help participants avoid risks and smoothly engage in business franchising. During the Q&A session, business owners from various industries shared their firsthand experiences. Some operated multiple franchise restaurants, while others were franchisees of well-known brands. Their frontline experiences provided much inspiration to the prospective franchisors and franchisees attending the seminar.
Insight into Business, Creation of Wealth. The Franchise Seminar is the second lecture in Sinosmart Business’s 2024 series. We will be introducing more themed seminars throughout the year.
